Yes, You can purchase any amount of credits. It does not have be exact credit amounts that shows on the pricing table.
Do I need a Debit/Credit card to register?
No, You do not need a credit card to register. You need need a card when you purchase additional credit. you get free 5 credits at the registration.
What payment methods are available?
We accept almost all the available Credit/Debit cards.
Are there any hidden fees?
No! There are no hidden fees or any setup charges.you only pay for the credit.
How long does it take to activate my credit?
Purchased credit will be added to your account instantly after the payment.
Can I try FileConvertz for free?
You get 5 free credits when you register.you can use it to convert your files depend on the file size.
Are my payment details secure?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. All your payments are secured with Stripe's industry leading end to end encryption technology.
Do you keep a copy of my file after the conversion?
No, we do not save your files. our system deletes the file automatically once converted.
Is there an expiry date for the credit I bought?
No, there is no expiry date. However we recommend you to use your credit within 6 months.
